Terms & Conditions
Labour: Our shop rate for full builds and service vehicles is $120per hr, plus 6% shop supplies & taxes apply at all times.
Payment: Payment on service work & full builds must be paid weekly. Payment on all parts must be paid by: cash, cheque, debit, Visa, or Mastercard at time of purchase, unless your vehicle is being serviced or built by B & N, payment of parts will be paid with labour.
Ordering: When placing an order for most parts we do require a 50% deposit and may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the shipment unless the part is in stock.
Shipping & Handling: All orders that are placed may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. Shipping costs & exchange rates may vary and will be charged out accordingly.
Returns: Returned merchandise must be in new or unused condition and returned to us within 30 days of the dated invoice, after 30 days subject to a 15% restocking fee All electrical and special orders are non-refundable.
Liability: B & N Hotrod & Fabrication Ltd. will not be liable for any personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product we sell. We will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective, subject to manufacturers warranty and our inspection.
